Emillie and Harlow SHIPS WORLDWIDE!
- Please allow at least 3-4 business days for your order to be processed before shipment.
- All orders ship cleaned, pressed, and well packaged.
- Items of a delicate nature may not be cleaned as they are too fragile.
- Please make sure that make sure that your address is correct. Emillie and Harlow is not responsible for packages getting sent to the wrong /old address.
DOMESTIC
- Arrives within 3-10 days from shipping date depending on where you reside.
- Not All orders will include a USPS tracking number, you. If you want to track your package please upgrade to USPS Priority Mail. You will receive your tracking information via email once your package has been shipped.
- Please upgrade to USPS Priority Mail if you would like insurance included in your shipment. (USPS covers up to $100 for lost, damaged and missing packages. Insurance will not cover packages that have been confirmed as delivered. Please visit the USPS website for more information.)
- Please note that once a package leaves our premises, it is no longer under our control. If you have a problem with your package, contact the United States Postal Service immediately at 1(800) 275-8777.
- By making a purchase with us, you agree that Emillie and Harlow will not be held responsible for any lost, stolen or delayed packages that may happen during shipment.
- FREE SHIPPING for orders of $100.00 and more in the Continental US!
- International shipping delivery times may vary between 2-12 weeks depending on your local post office. Unfortunately Emillie and Harlow is not able to provide a better estimated time of arrival as it is different for every country.
- Shipment to Canada usually takes 1-2 weeks to arrive.
- All orders will include a USPS tracking number, but please note it is common to see no additional tracking information once your package leaves the US.
- Please check with your local post office or the customs department for any import duties, local taxes or handling charges that may be applied to your purchase.
- Emillie and Harlow does not determine any foreign duties or local taxes associated with imported packages and will not be held responsible for any of the charges that may occur.
- Please keep in mind that once a package leaves our premises, it is no longer under our control. If you experience any problems during shipment please contact your local post office immediately.
