Returns & Exchanges

We want you to LOVE your item as much as we love offering them!

Customer pays for return shipping unless the item was grossly misrepresented (i.e I missed something).

Accessories and sale items are not eligible for return.

Please contact me within 5 days of receiving your item if you’re not happy with your purchase. We cannot not allow extensions on this time period for ANY reason.

Item must be unworn with all Emillie and Harlow tags still remaining on the item. I reserve the right to refuse a return if any of the tags are replaced or missing and if the item has obviously been worn. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Item must be shipped back with the order number and customer name included within 72 hours of contact. Items are to be packed carefully in the same manner they are shipped to prevent damage. I reserve the right to refuse a return should the item be damaged due to haphazard packaging. All returned items require signature confirmation and tracking.

Refunds will be credited within 72 hours from when I receive the returned item in the form of STORE CREDIT. A code will be emailed to within 48 to 72 hours after we have received your package.

For exchanges, please make a new purchase of the new item. Once you have done so, please notify me immediately and you will be refunded as soon as I receive your return. 

***All shipping fees that occur during a return/exchange are the responsibility of the customer, and original shipping fees are non-refundable. When free shipping is offered, we reserve the right to deduct from the returned items total.***

Any packages returned back to me without notice will be returned back to the customer and will no longer be eligible for a return. 

By making a purchase with E&H, you agree to these rules. I reserve the right to refuse any and all packages that do not follow the above guidelines.
